40 lower parts kit diagram

referring to this diagram: https://d3sq5glv6xow4l.cloudfront.net/images/pages/instruction-manual/lum3/4.png I don't know how much of my eye is covered in the higher position and it does look like the higher position (lower image) in the diagram but more of the blue light enters my eye.
